About This Station
This station consists of a Davis Vantage Pro2 weather station providing data to Wview software running on a Linux server. The Wind sensors are mounted above the peak of the roof with a dedicated data transmitter. The Rain, Hydro-Thermometer sensors are mounted at about 5 feet and also have a dedicated transmitter. The Wview software collects data once a second and provides updates to several sources including this web site, every five minutes. The station is located in West Scarborough, Maine at approximatly Lat 43.58641N, Lon -70.42866W.
